Bevz O. The legal regime of historical and cultural use in Ukraine (historical areas of population centers)

This thesis is a comprehensive study of Ukrainian legislation and doctrine with regards to the legal regime of land of historical and cultural use, as well as the legal regime of historical areas of population centers. The author analyzes the structure of the lands of historical and cultural use and the place of historical areas of population centers in their structure, also studies the development of legislation that gives the legal regime of the land of historical and cultural use. The concept of the legal regime of historic areas of population centers within historical and cultural land is formulated. A special attention is drawn to the features of the legal regime of such lands, in particular with regards to property rights, usage rights, legal protections and liabilities, and governance in the context of protection and usage of such lands.
