Andriyiv D. Investigation of crimes aimed at the occupancy of housing

The thesis is devoted to the study of theoretical regulations and practical issues of the investigation of crimes aimed at the occupancy of housing. In the paper are analysed the peculiarities of the process of acquiring a title to housing, which have criminalistic significance, is made the criminalistic classification of crimes aimed at the occupancy of housing, is defined the structure of the methodology of their investigation, is refined the criminalistic characteristic of the crimes of this group. In the thesis are analysed the peculiarities of the activities concerning the analysis and evaluation of the primaiy data on the crimes under investigation; are detailed the typical investigative situations in the specified proceedings, the corresponding tasks of investigation and algorithms of their accomplishment; are discovered the peculiarities of the organization and planning of the investigation, prevention and overcoming the counteraction to it, interaction with the public.
