Essay

The thesis covers the Institution of rehabilitation theoretical points comprehensive research. The thesis has scientific propositions, Ukraine legislation, international acts, certain CIS countries codes of criminal procedure analyzed. New approaches to the concept of Institution of rehabilitation and its fundamentals are suggested, Institution of rehabilitation elements are stated. The thesis describes conditions and procedural grounds of a right to rehabilitation, defines a concept of physical damage in the law of criminal procedure and full compensation at the expense of a state for physical, property and moral damage procedure.
