Golubova G. Тhe Statistical study of loads transit by Ukraine

The aim of the research is to substantiate the theoretical-methodological and organizational principles of statistical ensure the management of the transit of cargoes in Ukraine. The object of research is the transport of Ukraine as an infrastructural sector of the economy. Subject of research are theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of a statistical study of the cargo transit Ukraine.Methods of research: theoretical and methodological basis of the thesis is the principles of the system approach and the dialectical development of socio-economic processes, modern achievements of the economic theory, and the theory of institutionalism and logistics. The study uses the methods of the scientific abstraction, comparison, generalization, deductive and inductive analysis,synthesis, as well as complex statistical methods. The following results were obtained, which contain elements of the scientific novelty and testify to the personal contribution of the author.For the first time:a new approach to the statistical study of transit cargo Ukraine, which will allow to expand the information and statistical database and fill it with the primary information that is necessary to improve the system of statistical indicators of the implementation of statistical analysis and development of recommendations on the development of transit in Ukraine.Improved: the system of statistical indicators of the transit cargo traffic by adapting it to the available sources of information, the development of new statistical indicators, which will allow to expand opportunities of statistical studies and analysis of the results of transit activities of Ukraine;the methodological aspects of the statistical study of transit cargo, which made it possible for the allocation of dominant customs for construction of a generalized assessment of transit freight traffic in Ukraine.Receive further development: methodological aspects of statistical analysis of the proportionality of distribution of customs of Ukraine on the basis of the ratios of the concentration and localization,that will allow to classify the customs of Ukraine on the levels of profitability; information and methodological support of the statistical study of transit cargo transportations on the basis of deepening the evidence base and development of proposals for the centralized collection of the information about transit cargo in Ukraine. The main scientific status of a dissertation and the individual recommendations were used in the practical activity of the Department of statistics service of State statistics service of Ukraine (№ 05/5-8/421 from 30.12.2011 g.); in the practical activities of the Department of development policy, infrastructure, transport and tourism, the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine (№ 12/127-12 from 26.01.2012 g.), used in the process of teaching of the course " Statistics markets" and the conduct of the training practice for the students of the second course of a speciality " Applied statistics" with the use of packages of applied computer programs MS Excel, SPSS (№ 1191/1 from 06.12.2011 g.).
