Multilevel influence of different social, economic, psychological, domestic and food factors is set on the state of microecology of mucous membranes of children of first-year of life and influence of every factor is appraised in particular from calculation him diagnostic to the coefficient. Reasonable necessity of prophylactic application of probiotics with the aim of softening of influence of habitation in industrial city at the terms of impossibility of the pectoral rearing. It is set that a probiotic allows to form the right immune answer of child for the further reacting on pathogens in adult age. The presence of some changes is first set in the state of immune status for the children of early age depending on the terms of residence that testifies to the different orientation of immune answer for the children of groups of comparison. It is well-proven that for children that live in an ecologically unfavorable region, more substantial disbiotic violations that is characterized by reduction to content of normal symbiotes and increases of amount of conditionally-pathogenic microorganisms in a guttur and bowels take place. With the aim of prophylaxis of development of disbiosis and influence of negative factors of environment, application to the children of first-year of life is recommended - to the habitants of large industrial center, that are not on natural rearing, prophylactic courses of probiotics and including of probiotics to the complex chart of treatment of children of first-year of life with the all presents disorders with the aim of improvement of the state of kids, normalization of clinical and laboratory indexes, and also adequate forming of the immune system of child.
