Essay

The thesis researches into physiological peculiarities of functioning of symbiotic systems: Bradyrhizobium japonicum nodule strains - soybean plants affected by retardants at bud stage. It is established, that soybean plants inoculated with strains and being treated with retardants, at the bud stage got changes in function of source - sink system, improvement of nitrogen feed, essential morphological changes in the vegetative organs, redistribution of assimilators towards formation of the generative organs - beans. Under the influence of retardants the soybean plants inoculated strains had growth in nitrogene fixation activity of the root nodules and the culmination of the ferment activity shifted to the later period of ontogenesis - the phase of green beans.
