Essay

Dissertation contains the new solution of actual scientific task - study of regional clinical features of Lyme disease in the Crimea at the present and improve serological diagnosis of disease. Clinical, laboratory and serological survey of 147 patients with different course of disease were made. Studied dynamics of synthesis of anti-Borrelia burgdorferi antibodies IgM/IgG in different course of disease and serological profiles in a prospective analysis during 2 years. Conducted clinical and serological parallels between serological profile and clinical manifestations of disease. The level of collective immunity of the population and infection rate of ticks I.ricinus of Borrelia in Crimea were studied. Proposed medical-geographical zoning of Crimea on Lyme disease
