The thesis is a comprehensive scientific study of organizational and legal framework for law enforcement and state environmental inspection in combating illegal in the area of ecology. The study defined theoretical and legal foundations of law enforcement and state environmental inspection in combating illegal in the area of ecology. Investigated the general characteristics of state policy on combating illegal in the area of ecology, the role and place of public institutions in combating illegal in the investigated area. Outlined organizational and legal framework for law enforcement and state environmental inspection of the studied problems. Analyzed as an object of scientific research legal law enforcement and state environmental inspection in combating illegal in the area of ecology. Identified and outlined the features of the interaction of these parts to ensure environmental enforcement. Studied ways of law enforcement and state environmental inspection in combating illegal in the area of ecology. Analysis of foreign experience of law enforcement and industry regulatory parts in the area. Formulated ways of improving of interaction between Ukrainian law enforcement and state environmental inspection in combating illegal in the area of ecology. Submitted proposals for specific amendments to the regulations and improving of interactions of these parts, forms and methods of governance in the investigated area.
