Thesis is dedicated to systematization of theoretical and methodological approaches and to development of tools of innovative component identification in foreign trade and to justification of the basis of the priorities of Ukraine's foreign trade with innovative products. The necessity of identifying foreign trade innovation profile is substantiated. The classification features of foreign trade profile into innovation-technological and innovation-product is grounded. The essence of foreign trade with innovative products is defined. The methodical approaches to identifying innovative product in the world are analyzed. The modern trends in international trade with innovative products are characterized. The methodical approach to identifying innovative product in codes of UCC FEA is improved. The dynamics of innovation component of Ukraine's foreign trade is studied. The determinants of Ukraine's foreign trade with innovative products are substantiated. The trade and space priorities of the foreign trade development with innovative products are identified. The modeling of cost indexes of export-import operations with innovative products for the scenario approach is implemented.
