Essay

Object of research is the ship-building concrete modified by a complex additive (the Penetron A + S-3) and synthetic powder iron oxide pigments, for improvement of decorative properties; the purpose - improvement of decorative properties of ship-building concrete at the expense of application of modifying additives and special powder pigments, methods - physicomechanical properties were defined according to standards on the certified equipment. Pilot studies are executed according to the optimum 5- factorial plan. Construction and the analysis of nonlinear experimental and statistical models were carried out. It was applied X-ray diffraction, differential and thermal and microscopic analyses, techniques of destructions mechanics; results - developed compositions of the decorative modified ship-building concrete with various color scale and with high levels of durability, crack resistance, frost resistance, watertightness and corrosion resistance in sea water. It is received the declarative patent of Ukraine for the modified decorative concrete mix. The temporary regulations on technology of preparation of the modified decorative ship-building concrete are developed for production of thin-walled floating constructions and composite docks" (The Herson state plant "Pallada", 2012) "; novelty - new ES-models on design of compositions of decorative ship-building concrete are received, influence and interaction of modifiers and pigments on structural, technological and physicomechanical properties of decorative ship-building concrete on the set indicators of quality are established; it is introduced - results of work are realized in the conditions of trial production; in educational process.
