Essay

The results of immune response dynamics research at mice on allogenic cells introduction on different stages of ontogenesis are given in the thesis. Development of immune response on introduction of fetal lymphocytes and brain cells of mice of 13-15 days of gestation was proved that testified about expression of histocompatibility antigenes. System immune response development at allogenic cells introduction into brain was revealed. It was established that immune response developed from 6th to 18th day after immunization ant it's peak fell on the 12th day at intramuscular and intracerebral cells introduction. It was proved that repeated immune response increased irrespective of a place of allogenic cells introduction. The obtained data prove histocompatibility antigenes presence on brain fetal nervous cells that can induce reaction of immune rejection that has to be considered using embryonic cells for neurotransplantation.
