Savchak V. Encumbrance of rights to land under the laws of Ukraine

The thesis is independently complete scientific work, which studied the encumbrances of land rights for the land and the laws of Ukraine. The thesis is examined in detail and clarified the legal nature of the charges of land rights as an institution of the land law, the concept and types of charges of land rights and the improvement of legislative regulation with regard gained national and international experience. The paper also explored the grounds of encumbrances land rights, especially their state registration, defined mechanism of legal regulation of land rights, for which the established charges, and especially the legal circulation of land rights are burdened. We paid attention to the interpretation encumbrances of land rights as a separate category, which does not depend on restrictions on the limits of human rights. According to the results of the research made theoretical conclusions and practical recommendations to improve legislation and its application on charges of land rights.
