Essay

The thesis is devoted to the improvement of diagnosis adaptive reserve capacity of children at social risk being raised in foster care, based on the study of the components of health and determine the most informative indicators of adaptive reactions. The analysis of the statistical dynamics of the population of children at risk of social groups in Ukraine in Luhansk region. Based on mathematical short-term forecasting using B-splines calculated trends creating adoptive families in the Luhansk region in 2014. These criteria for the normal functioning of foster families, where the main factor is the child's foster care placement stage. The evaluation of the dynamics of the health care system through the study of its main components on the stages of installation and 12 months children in foster care. Identified significant violations of physical development, inconsistency and biological passport age most children HSR found direct correlations between anthropometric indicators and signs of osteopenia, the lack of macro-and micronutrients. The identified violations adaptive capacity for the main parameters evaluation of autonomic nervous and cardiovascular systems, and cellular indicators leykohram electrolytic potential lack of normalization of adaptive capacity in 67.8% of children in the period of stay in foster care. The algorithm of medical support dynamic control of adaptive abilities of children with adoptive families to improve preventive measures at the level of primary health care.
