Object of study: the formation and use of the economic potential of construction companies. Methods: generalization and systematization, classification, financial and economic analysis, expert analysis, structural and logical analysis. Objective: To study the theoretical and methodological positions and practical recommendations for the development and implementation of strategy formation and use of the economic potential for construction enterprises. Grounded tiered evaluation system integrated criterion of formation and realization of the economic potential of construction enterprises according to the components of economic potential. Improved pattern formation and implementation of strategy formation and use of the economic potential for construction companies, which are sold through department of information and analytical support through the use of appropriate steps and backward linkages. Introduced model valuation of economic potential, which takes into account the current market value of construction enterprises formed through the creation and implementation of economic potential.
