Dissertation is devoted to the opening of essence of financially-legal approvals, their classification and location in the system of financially-legal responsibility, and also development of new theoretical positions and scientific practical recommendations in relation to perfection of normatively-legal base that regulates public relations in relation to application of financially-legal approvals. The location of financially-legal responsibility has been determined in the system of legal responsibility in modern terms. A category financially-legal vehicle has been developed in the field of application of financially-legal approvals.
