Essay

Is devoted to solving important scientific and technical problem more informative sets of input data information system of multi-level monitoring of fire safety. The aim is to improve the planning of the territorial divisions of MES through adaptive formation of fire safety monitoring technology with multi-level transformation of information. The object of research is the process of information transfer in the monitoring technology of complex objects. Scientific novelty of the results: 1. First developed a method more informative array of input data. 2. For the first time a method of forming inter-level relations between strata conversion subsystem, which provides for the upward synthesis of elements and different from the existing use of the correction of the list of tasks to be solved by each execution. 3. Improved method of coordination structure of complex systems rising synthesis of their elements by reflecting the interactions between siblings and procedures for the correction of the list of elements of each row are afforded the possibility of implementing a global function that is able to perform the tasks of monitoring and fire safety to be integrated into the existing system of public oversight Fire and technological safety. 4. For the further development of the methodology of automated multi-level monitoring. The practical significance of these results is that all scientific findings brought to the level of engineering methods, algorithms and software for computer implementation suitable for use in engineering practice.
