Essay

The thesis is devoted to the analysis of administrative responsibility for violation of pension legislation. The notion of legal responsibility in general and administrative responsibility in particular, are defined by their common and specific features. Formulated the concept of administrative responsibility for violation of pension legislation, analyzes its socio-legal content. Studied subjective and objective evidence of administrative offenses in pension legislation. The system of subjects applying administrative and legal measures for violation of pension legislation and especially their interaction.
