The dissertation is devoted research features of the formation of values of a democratic political culture of students, which are caused by external (globalization, information, technology use public relations, etc.) and internal (the processes of political, economic, social and cultural and socio-cultural transformations in modern Ukraine) factors. The author forecasts the strengthening trend of increasing political maturity of students, the formation of the position to resist manipulation influence by the priorities of students with the knowledge of democracy, strengthening the requirements of participation in the actual political processes.
