Dissertation is sanctified to complex research of activity State Tax Service of Ukraine in the sphere of registration and granting permission. The concept of activity of State Tax Service of Ukraine is set forth in the field of registration and granting permission as a variety of publicly-service function of State Tax Service of Ukraine - it the publicly-imperious activity carried out by State Tax Service of Ukraine is sent to providing (legal registration) of realization of rights and legal interests of persons in the spheres of registration of them, as taxpayers, and also licensing of activity of subjects of manage in the field of a production and turnover of alcohol, alcoholic beverages and tobacco wares.
