Orekhov O. Revision of cases on administrative offences: theoretical-legal and judicial principles of realization

Dissertation is devoted to research of wide circle of legal problems of realization in relation to the revision of cases about administrative offences. Certain concept, legal framework, principles and signs of revision of cases about administrative offences are represented, maintenance is revealed. Foreign experience of revision of cases about administrative offences was investigated and certain directions of his introduction in domestic administratively delict legislation were formed. The features of revision of cases are established about administrative offences in an extra-judicial, judicial, appellate order, and in the case of establishment international judicial establishment jurisdiction of which is acknowledged by Ukraine.
