Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the issues of criminal responsibility for inclining minors to use intoxicants. The issues concerning the development of the history of counteraction to this crime, reasons and grounds of its criminalization were considered in the scientific work. A legal analysis of signs of a formal components of a crime was conducted, defined, that the an object of a crime is complex of remedies, which lead to intoxicating effect and using of which leads to glue-sniffing, affects the central nervous system, changing psychics and behavior of a man, herewith those remedies are not drugs or psychotropic or their analogies.
