Oliinyk O. Improvement of cloth pull and roll forming mechanisms in circular knitters

The dissertation is devoted to improvement of existing and development of new cloth pull and roll forming mechanisms in circular knitters for the purpose of increasing technological and productive capabilities of the machines. The directions of design for cloth pull and roll forming mechanisms in circular knitters are established. Interaction of pull rollers with cloth is investigated. The analysis of contact tensions in kinematic pair mountain-roller is carried out. The design method and a choice of the main working parameters for cloth pull and roll forming mechanisms is developed based on the kinematic analysis of a circular knitter drive with KO type. Efficiency of a constant moment mode for large rolls formation is established. The process of cloth pull forming is experimentally investigated. Suggested a new design of the cloth pull forming mechanism with folding rollers, that confirmed the efficiency during experimental and production tests.
