Kud L. Justification of noninvasive tactics of treatment of children with acute purulent and an aggravation chronic purulent rhinosinusitis (clinical-laboratory research)

Dissertation focuses to a problem of increase of efficiency of rendering of medical care to children with acute purulent and aggravations chronic purulent rhinosinusitis with clinical - immune and microbiological justification of optimization of noninvasive tactics of treatment of this pathology. In the dissertation on the basis of complex clinical, endoscopic , microbiological, immunological, functional researches is solved an actual scientific and practical problem of increase of efficiency of treatment of children with acute purulent and aggravations chronic purulent rhinosinusitis. 104 children were inspected and treated. From them 58 - with acute purulent rhinosinusitis and 46 - with an aggravation chronic purulent rhinosinusitis. At comparison of results of invasive and noninvasive methods of treatment for 5-7 and 10-14 days from an initiation of treatment data of clinical and radiological pictures, indicators of a road clearance vibrating epiteliya of a mucous membrane of a nasal cavity, passableness of natural messages of maxillary sinuses at children with acute purulent and an aggravation chronic purulent rhinosinusitis had authentically the best in group which received a complex of noninvasive treatment. The effective complex method of noninvasive treatment of children with acute purulent and an aggravation chronic purulent rhinosinusitis was proposed and introduced in clinical practice.
