Cheban J. The efficiency of formation and use of the material and technical base of farms

The object of the research is the formation and use of farms' logistics. The aim of the research is to study the scientific principles and practical recommendations for the formation and use of regional peculiarities. Methods of the research: historical, system approach, monographic, abstract and logical, economic and statistical, sociological, factorial analysis, index and analyzing groupings; SWOT-analysis, methods of optimization of funding sources, business planning. Theoretical and practical results: the author formulated a definition of "logistics formation", based on the systematic impacts on a complex assessment of the formation, efficiency and financial support for the development of farms logistics in Mykolayiv region. The characteristics, the expediency and necessity of secondary market for agricultural equipment for farmers functioning was summarized and explained. The conclusions were made on the base of augmented their classification according to the participation in the process. The author proposed to optimize the use of funding sources for financing the development of logistics and reasonably mobilization of internal reserves. The possible participation of farmers in different types of agricultural associations was grounded to minimize risks and ensure the process of material and resource supply and sale of products that will ensure the development of farms' logistics. The novelty of the research: The strategy for the development of farms in the context of effective creation and use of logistics. identifying of priorities for sustainable development on an innovative basis of the peculiarities of management, which provides a realization of economic, social, technological, environmental, institutional effect was developed. The degree of implementation: The results are taken to use by the Department of Agricultural Development of Mykolayiv Administration, in the practical usage of Voznesenski region's farms, Mykolayiv National Agrarian University.
