Skibyak A. Structural Changes in Agricultural Production Business Formations

The object of the research is the process of the agrarian industry of enterprises. The aim of the research is to ground the practical, theoretical and methodological principles of structural transformation of agrarian industry into the entrepreneurial formations. Methods of the research: theoretical generalization and comparison, historical, and graphical comparison, system analysis, analysis and synthesis; hypothetical, economic and mathematical modeling. Theoretic and practical results: the integrated model of territorial and sectoral structure of the region is developed; optimization problem is solved with the help of which the rational structure of business agricultural formations of the region is grounded considering environmental and economic effectiveness of these structural changes. The planning levels of crop yields under developed predictive models of trigonometric trending are defined. The temporal exponential function of projected agricultural prices depending on the time period and sales are built. The division of the region into agricultural areas considering the contribution of administrative units of the total production is made. There are some recommendations for improving market infrastructure in the region on the basis of the formation of scientific and industrial agricultural zones. Some proposals are developed as for improving the regulation of structural transformation of agriculture. The novelty of the research: the rational structure of agricultural production business units using the developed nonlinear model of multi-criteria optimization on the basis of structural and functional changes with economic, environmental management and social components under the influence of stochastic factors of dynamically business environment is grounded. The level of implementation: the results are taken to use by the Department of Agricultural Development of Mykolayiv Regional State Administration, LLC "Rodina-Agro" in Jovtnevyy district of Mykolayiv region, Mykolayiv National Agrarian University.
