Strilchenko J. Organizational and legal basis of the migration services of foreign countries.

The dissertation analyzes the organizational and legal aspects of migration services activities of foreign countries, and determines development directions for migration policy of Ukraine. This paper covers the features of the migration situation in modern Ukraine, analyzes its condition and prospects. The mechanism of the administrative and legal framework for migration policy of Ukraine are described, its conceptual nature is studied, and its elemental composition is analyzed. The role of the State Migration Service of Ukraine as the main prerequisites for migration policy development at the present stage of Ukrainian society development is given. Genesis of migratory legislation of foreign countries is researched, the stages of their improvement and reformation are defined, and concrete historical prerequisites that influenced migration policy formation in some foreign countries are analysed. The comparative analysis of sources of migratory legislation of foreign countries is carried out and main objectives of their migration policy are defined. Basic trends progress of migratory legislation of foreign countries are systematized and the possibility of their introduction into the migratory legislation of Ukraine is considered. The structural and functional analysis of migratory services of foreign countries is conducted, and also their role in the field of counteraction to illegal migration is distinguished. Acceptability of organizational bases of activity of migratory services of foreign countries for Ukraine is difined.
