Essay

The thesis is devoted to the theoretical and methodical positions and to the practical recommendations of state regulation of the formation of labor potential of Ukraine. The work examines theoretical foundations of economic nature of "labor potential" category, and summarizes the methodical approaches to its estimation. Organizational and economic mechanism of state regulation as for labor potential formation was characterized. The factors that influence labor potential formation in the national economy system were selected and systematized.
