The dissertation deals with normative legal support and financial processing of delivery of goods in foreign-economic activity and the history of the relations of supplies in Ukraine; with the analysis of the content, structure, features and functions of supply agreement (contract) in foreign-economic activity, highlighting it as a solid economic agreement; with the process of its concluding and performing; with the procedure of resolution of disputes between contacting parties and possible ways of improving of products delivery in foreign-economic activity in order to increase the effectiveness of import and export.
