Kireyev D. Administrative Courts as a Part of the System of Subjects of Administrative Law of Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted to analysis of essence and peculiarities of administrative courts as a part of the system of subjects of Administrative Law of Ukraine. It works out theoretical and methodological characteristic of administrative courts as a part of the system of subjects of Administrative Law. The work ascertains the place of administrative courts in the court system and the system of subjects of Administrative Law in modern social-political and legal conditions. The dissertation determines legal bases of support of administrative courts' activity, their compliance with modern international standards in the sphere of administrative justice.
