Essay

Dissertation is devoted to analysis of content and peculiarities of administrative-legal regulation of interrelation between private enterprises and bodies of executive power. The work defines the place of private enterprises in the system of subjects of Administrative Law, essence and peculiarities of administrative-legal bases of their activity, and also notion and structure of their administrative-legal status. The dissertation ascertains types of executive power bodies' functions and authorities toward private enterprises, development and enhancement trends of the bases of their interrelations with the latter, in particular regulative activity.
