Thesis deals with the peculiarities of the termination of agricultural enterprises under the law of Ukraine. The concepts "termination of the agricultural enterprises", offered a single order of the termination procedures of agricultural enterprises. The characteristic species of the termination of the agricultural enterprises, namely: voluntary and forced reorganization, liquidation agricultural enterprise at will, by court order, in the event of termination of rights to land and agricultural enterprise in the event that the agricultural enterprise bankrupt. Particular attention is paid to the statutory procedures for termination of agricultural enterprises. Based on the research suggested a number of proposals to improve the current legislation of Ukraine.
