Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to creating the concept of Spanish violin music in the context of Renacimiento aesthetic as a part of European musical culture. The Spanish violin art school is made itself in the world by syncretic blend of diverse folk and academic traditions. The classic examples of violin music are embodied in H. Errando's works. In national-targeted P. Sarasate's works we see a precursor of Renacimiento: despite dominating virtuosity, they were had a significant influence on the first generation of national revival (I. Albeniz, Granados, E., M. de Falla).
