Lobov D. Organizational and Legal Framework for Cooperation between Ukraine and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE)

The thesis is devoted to theoretical and practical problems of organizational and legal framework of cooperation between Ukraine and the OSCE, as a special supranational structure. The peculiarities of the legal significance of factors for Security and Cooperation in Europe and the related legal and organizational forms of their software are looked at. The specification of the administrative and legal nature of the OSCE is defined, the aspects of the national laws of Europe, which determine the status of the OSCE subject in situation of its non-determination by the international law. The features of the organizational and legal mechanisms of cooperation between Ukraine and the OSCE, the implementation of the OSCE standards in Ukraine, the program implementation of the OSCE tasks in Ukraine and Ukraine's preparations for the OSCE chairmanship in 2013 are determined. General and specific administrative and legal mechanisms of cooperation between Ukraine and the OSCE are shown, in particular within functioning of the OSCE Project Coordinator in Ukraine.
