Moskalenko O. Concept and legal features of safety declaration of enhancing ecological hazard objects

The thesis is devoted to the complex analysis of the legal features of safety declaration of enhancing ecological hazard objects. In the thesis general-theoretical, special-legal and technical literature was analyzed, as well as legislation of Ukraine in the sphere of definition the concept of safety declaration of enhancing ecological hazard objects and its types; also its distinctive legal features were disclosed, on the ground of what concept of safety declaration of enhancing ecological hazard objects was determined. The correlation of categories "safety declaration", "advertisement", "notification", "application of ecological consequences of activity", "certification", "ecological passportization" was conducted separately. On the ground of general theory of law and ecological legal science was proved that such legal categories as "safety declaration", "advertisement" and "notification" are synonymic, because are directed on information about ecological safety hazard object acknowledgement. Special attention was devoted to definition the range of legal relations in the sphere of safety declaration of enhancing ecological hazard objects, definition of its concept and features of some of its elements. As the result of realized research, propositions regarding improvement of current ecological legislation of Ukraine were formulated.
