Smirnova O. Protection of the rights of natural users by the courts of Administrative-legal measures

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and practical problems of environmental protection using administrative-legal measures. In the work observes the questions connected with essence, peculiarities and types of administrative courts for the defending of the subjective rights of natural users. On the basis of generalization of literature sources, study and analysis of practical material, systematic and comprehensive research of each environmental protection measure is done, problems connected with the providing of legal court solutions according to the protection of the natural users rights. As a result of the research determinate propositions for the modernization of adjusting legislation and also another probable ways of providing European Union recommendations according to the modernized court protective natural users rights in Ukraine.
