Problematic issues of the implementation of the international anti-corruption conventions into the General and Special part of criminal law in Ukraine are subject of this dissertation. The Candidate for a degree clarifies the circle of international anti-corruption conventions required for Ukraine for the purposes stated above, their place in the system of the international regulations aimed at contraction to corruption and the legal nature of the implementation of the provisions of international treaties in the national legal system.
