Vinogradova A. Investigation of violation of legislation about defence of plants.

The dissertation is monographic research, in which on the base of positions of general theory of criminalistics, scientific works, on questions the method of investigation of crimes, generalization of investigation and judicial practice, the features of method of investigation of violations of legislation are formulated about defence of plants. Criminalistics description of violations of legislation is in-process given about defence of plants as an informative model, certainly it element composition and the detailed description is given each of elements. Typical consequence situations which arise up on the initial stage of investigation and the typical plans of investigation are offered and also formulated in-process, depending on the selected consequence situations. On the basis of the conducted questioning of investigators the most widespread consequence (search) actions which are conducted at investigation of this type of crimes the stages of investigation are selected, and also the features of the use of the special knowledge at investigation and criminalistics facilities of prophylaxis are certain.
