Essay

The dissertation is devoted to development of methods of enzyme immobilization on polymeric membranes, which would allow creating biocatalytic membranes with high surface concentration of enzyme , high activity and stability towards environmental factors, and regeneration possibility. The regularities are determined of new developed methods of biocatalytic membranes obtaining by immobilization of а-amylase and lipase on surface of polymeric membranes. A method of assessment of biocatalytic properties of membranes with immobilized а-amylase and comparison of membrane effectiveness with the help of concentration polarization equation is proposed.
