Essay

The work is dedicated to the study of intestinal biocenosis in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), which were on the stage of long-term remission, on the basis of study of specific and quantitative composition of microflora in its intercommunication with the basic indexes of the immune system. Due to microbiological investigations in children with ALL intestinal microecology changes were revealed. It has been seen in elimination or deficit of bifidobacterium, lactobacterium, eubacterium and Gram-positive spore forming streptobacillus. At the same time there were both contamination and reproduction of proteus, Candida spp., cytrobacter, enterobacter and pathogenic E. coli. It is found out,, that some differences in the indexes of intestinal microflora depend on the age of children in the mainc group. In particular, concentration of microorganisms in the intestine changes with a tendency to their increase in children of junior age group (up to 10 years), while in teenagers 11-14 years the maintenance - with a tendency both to the increase, and to reduction. It causes reduction of coefficient of balanced of microflora and forming of different degree dysbiosis. The quantitative indexes of intestinal microorganisms in children with ALL in different ways correlate with the indexes of immune system. It has been seen in its activating, and at the long-term misbalance of intestinal microflora the tension of different its links was caused. In the first line, it has been with barrier immunity and cytokine network.
