Essay

The theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of forming of rating management mechanism of investment climate in Ukraine are considered, this aspects designed to provide a high level of favorable conditions for investment activities in order to stimulate it. Analysis of terminology base allowed to separate the concept of investment climate from the neighboring concepts and to determine its structure. The low level of the Ukraine's investment climate factors appeal is established, that has negative influence on the investment activities evolution.
