The dissertation is devoted to the elaboration of the theoretical and methodical fundamentals and practical recommendations for the formation and development of the wholesale market for agricultural products and foodstuffs. The concept of access to the wholesale markets of agricultural products and foodstuffs by small agricultural producers by means of creating a commodity distribution network based on cooperation, involving information advisory services, and marketing and logistics structures taking into account the transport component that affects the coordination of the interests of all participants in this process is propounded.
