The dissertation solved a number of scientific and practical tasks to develop the theoretical foundations and the complex factors in the formation of a marketing activity in the market of dairy products. The theoretical analysis of the formation and development of agricultural enterprises agro marketing system were carried in this paper, the mechanism of the development of marketing plans and effectiveness of marketing activities of processing plants were highlighted. The diagnostic of the structure raw dairy base of the plants was performed and the current state of development of the dairy and Ukraine Mykolaiv region was analyzed, the place of processing enterprises in the implementation of production-and consumption of dairy products was determined.
