The presented thesis for the first time grounds the expediency of applying the concept of multidimensional business flows modeling at food enterprises basing on the principles of the structural-functional stages synthesis within the activity for the formation of the complex system of business processes management based on BPM. The author analyzes and further improves the decision-making toolkit for the business processes management system at food enterprises basing on the efficiency of managing the production, labour and financial flows and aimed at identification of necessary changes within the structure of business processes.
