Essay

The influence of the synthesis parameters for the hydroxide-carbonate precursors (deposition pH and heat treatment conditions) as well as sol-gel precursors (pH and the ratio of citric acid to ethylene glycol CA/EG) on both the fractal structure of precursors and physico-chemical properties of M-type BHF. Thin films of the M-type BHF with the thickness of 200 nm have been produced, and demonstrated the uniform distribution of barium and iron ions on the substrate surface. The above substitution has been shown to allow a control over the magnetic properties of the M-type BHF.
