Essay

Lithium containing materials Li0,5La0,5TiO3, Li0,5La0,5Nb2O6, Li0,5La0,5Ta2O6 was prepared by sol-gel method. Thin film based on the systems Li0,5La0,5TiO3, Li0,5La0,5Nb2O6, Li0,5La0,5Ta2O6 were obtained by spin coating and the effect of surface tension, viscosity, contact angle, complex- and gelling agents on the quality of the films were investigated. The features of ionic conductivity in niobate and tantalate lanthanum-lithium were investigated. The different of electrical properties in Li0,5La0,5TiO3 and Li0,5La0,5Nb2O6 after intercalation can be associated with features of the perovskite structure were shown.
