The dissertation deals with the theoretical grounding and practical implementation of current scientific and practical task efficiency slag waste companies building complex. Investigated and generalized therein are theoretical issues of economic content category "market of secondary raw materials", economic mechanism using secondary raw materials. Perfected therein is the methodical approach to pricing products of building complex using secondary raw materials (slag waste), scientific and methodical approach to the economic justification for the use of secondary raw materials by companies of building complex. Aggregate-parametric pricing method, which, unlike existing ones, is adapted to the market through introduction of reallocation of economic benefits from the use of secondary raw materials between manufacturers and consumers factor, received further advancement; so did the approach to the determination of the economic benefits from the use of secondary raw materials (slag waste), which, unlike existing ones, enables comprehensive and objectively assessment of the direct effect, which will be received by companies - participants of the market of secondary raw materials, and of the indirect effect, which is viewed as the sum of the results of the rationality and quality of resources and has a social component that promotes the involvement of secondary raw materials (slag waste) and efficiency of their use by building complex enterprises on the waste market.
