Lopushanska V. Strategic planning of development and competitiveness increasing of crop production in the Agricultural Enterprises

The object of the research are the processes of strategic planning of crop production growing and their competitiveness increasing in the Agricultural Enterprises. The aim of the research is grounding of theoretical and methodical positions in relation to the strategic planning of crop production growing and their competitiveness increasing in the Agricultural Enterprises due to development and improvement of their activity and organization preconditions. Research methods: monographic; calculation and structural; expert estimations and questionnaire; economical and mathematical design with the game theory application; graphic analysis; geospatial analysis. Theoretical and practical results: the organizational-economic mechanism of the crop productions growing and their competitiveness increasing in the Agricultural Enterprises, which includes the complex determination of crop production competitiveness based on the comparative rationed indexes, forming and realization of the measures for its level increase are developed; optimum strategies for development of crop productions according to weather conditions and market environment uncertainty with the help of the construction and solving of the mathematical model with the game theory application are worked out. The novelty: the theoretical and practical aspects of improvement of the agricultural enterprises development strategic planning system. The implementation level: results are accepted to the use by Nikolaev Regional Association - Union of Agricultural Enterprises, PAE "Zolota Nyva", PAE "Agrofirma Avangard", by Nikolaev National Agrarian University.
