Lesko N. Administrative and Legal Activity of Children Bodies and Services for the Prevention of Delinquency.

The dissertation deals with the comprehensive scientific research of administrative and legal activity of children bodies and services for the prevention of delinquency. The initial principles of the activity of children bodies and services in the field of the prevention of delinquency are considered. Legal evaluation of the state is carried out and general characteristic of administrative delinquency among children in Ukraine is presented. Societal causes and conditions of administrative delinquency among children, legislative control of activity of children bodies and services for prevention of offences are revealed, the experience of foreign countries concerning the prevention of delinquency among children is generalized. Features of the administrative and legal measures for the prevention of offences among children are revealed, the activity of internal affairs bodies as one of the main subjects of administrative and legal prevention of delinquency among children is analyzed. A number of changes and amendments to the current normative-legal acts that regulate the relations in the process of delinquency prevention among children are grounded.
