The dissertation is devoted theoretical generalisation that to working out of the complex approach for state regulation of use of resource potential of the industry in the conditions of macroeconomic instability. The scientific reserve concerning essence of state regulation of use of resource potential of the industry in the conditions of macroeconomic instability is generalised. Principles and mechanisms of state regulation of use of resource potential of the industry in the conditions of macroeconomic instability are proved. The basic tendencies of industrial development are analysed and is investigated modern practice of state regulation in an industrial complex of Ukraine and the Lvov area.
