In this work on the based of research was developed and scientifically proved organizational and economic mechanism of internal economic relations of shipping companies. The conceptual apparatus was clarified, the concept of organizational-economic mechanism and the main directions of reforming internal economic relations of shipping companies were determined: improvement of the organizational structure, introduction of budgeting, taking into account factors that motivating of sailors.
